Quiet and unbeatable setting, I did not want to leave.

Everything there were very good, including very good facilities. The rooms were a nice size and beautiful with a balcony. I appreciated staying here, the breakfast was rich.

Enjoyed the place, nice little for a holiday. All the staff we met were lovely and amazing.

Plenty of food available in the bar. Rich breakfast, brand-new rooms and comfy beds. Location - marvellous near to a nightclub. For shots visit D-Wine Restaurant, nestled within 10 minutes' walk of the hotel.

The attention to detail was impressive, with clean rooms and basic amenities like hairdryers provided. The location was fantastic, with beautiful squares adorned with fruit trees nearby and easy access to the port of Banus. The hotel also had a handy bar offering cheap but delicious food, and it was just a short distance to the nearest restaurants.

Everything was more than satisfactory, nothing to improve.

We got the hotel for a bargain price for our girly weekend. It's a pretty hotel, rooms are large and clean and spread around a pretty courtyard.

A lot of French elderly guests with entertainment around the pool geared to them - noisy and french.

Here we were in front of few of our favorite spots such as Puerto Banus. The hotel was easy walk to a bus stop.

We loved the beautiful and well-maintained hotel grounds, including the lovely flowers and fruit trees. The room was modern and comfortable and had a great power shower. The large swimming pool area was perfect with plenty of sunbeds available. The hotel's location was perfect for us as it was far away from everything, but still in close proximity to entertainment options and the port. Additionally, the breakfast and evening meal selections were diverse and satisfying, while the staff was always polite and friendly.

It's a reasonable price taxi fare to Puerto Banus. Good value for money.

Pool could be a little warmer......

The hotel is designed like a Spanish village. Very cozy. Only separated from the evening bar with event stage and the huge pool by a hardly frequented residential street. The main road behind it is not noticed at all. In the evening there was a flamenco show. Very good and varied buffet for breakfast, as well as for dinner.

Okay, the atmosphere in the hotel restaurant is, as so often in hotels of this size, quite loud and uncomfortable.

it met requirements, had a such great stay for money value and location. the staff were polite and an excellent breakfast was provided. the hotel was in an unbeatable location just off clubhouse, a nightclub open at weekends very late, and taxi to banus.

The hotel was stunningly beautiful, with a charming Spanish pueblo style. The staff were friendly, kind, and always helpful. The pool was excellent, and the grounds were well maintained. Convenient location near Marbella and Puerto Banus, with a bus stop right in front of the hotel.

Outrageous/daily charge for a security box. Hotel turns-off ac during the day. Poor tv satellite reception and only 5-6 tv channels, none of them in English (only French, German and Spanish). There's only one computer for guests (1 Euro for 12 minutes). The general lack of courtesy of the employees and the director. a French tour operator, Club 3000, is the one really in charge of what goes on in the hotel because they are the bulk of guests; therefore any discomforts/complaints are ignored by the management.

The hotel exceeded our expectations in so many ways. The value for money was exceptional, with reasonable prices for everything from the room to breakfast. The attention to detail was impressive, especially in the beautifully decorated rooms with comfortable beds, flat screen TV and a great power shower. The staff were friendly and always ready to assist with a smile. The location, away from the entertainment, by the seafront, was perfect for a peaceful and relaxing stay.

Everything was just fine, no improvements needed.

All the frenchmen and their activities that made a lof of niose and it was hard to just relax anywhere cause the frenchmen and their activity club made a lof of niose no matter where you where at the hotel.
